What is the coaching process like?
We begin with a deep dive into your current state of energy and emotional clarity. Together, we map out a personalized roadmap to help you reclaim your vitality and confidence. I am certified in multiple areas for coaching; therefore, we will identify which method serves you and your needs the best.
How often do we meet?
Coaching sessions are tailored to your needs, typically ranging from weekly or bi-weekly calls. We focus on consistent, transformative progress rather than a rigid schedule. Calls are scheduled for 60 - 75 minutes.
Is coaching right for me?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply seeking a new level of emotional clarity and energy, my coaching is designed to support you through that transition.
What can I expect in the first session?
We start with a comprehensive intake to understand your goals and challenges. This is a space for you to share your story and begin exploring the path forward.
