1. Scope of Services
Lindsey Lang Life Coaching provides life coaching services designed to empower women in their journey toward energy, clarity, and self-worth. It is important to understand that life coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
2. Eligibility, Booking and Rescheduling
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
3. Payments and Responsibilities
All payments are due at the time of booking. Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are generally not provided. Success requires an active commitment; you agree to be honest and responsible for decisions made during the process. We provide no guarantees of specific outcomes.
4. Confidentiality and Limits
Your privacy is sacred. All information shared is confidential. Legal limits exist if there is a risk of imminent harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or by a valid court order.
5. Intellectual Property and Use
All materials and content are the intellectual property of Lindsey Lang Life Coaching. You agree to use the website lawfully. We are not liable for incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or website content.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calhoun, Georgia. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
