  • How to remove the "if only's" about your body.

  • How to embrace and enjoy your body where it is right now.

You will experience:

  • The power of sharing and connection.

  • Meditations for changing how you see your body.

  • Loving Your Body affirmations

  • Tools and techniques for developing an appreciation of your body and how to create the body you want.

You will also experience growth work challenges each week to help you immediately apply the tools you are learning.

The course will be recorded, so you can go back and watch in the event you cannot make the live class.
